  • I'm super excited, when will I get my stuff?

Ready to ship items should ship within 1-3 business days of your order.  Custom orders are subject to the current processing time, which can be seen in the header.

All shipping will be done through the USPS once payment has been received. Please ensure the address entered with your order is the address you would like your item to be shipped.  

Meggles Knits cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Any packages marked as delivered by USPS, but are not received are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. Please contact your local Post Office for these rare instances/situations.

  • What is your return policy?

I do not accept returns; however, my goal is to make you an item that you absolutely love. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us. 

  • I'm not in the United States, will my order require me to pay duty or taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.  

  • What type of yarn do you use?

Most of my products are made using a wool blend (wool and acrylic).  If you can not do wool, let us know and we would be happy to work with you to find you the perfect material for your order.

  • Do you accept custom orders?

We do.  Just contact us and we will be happy to help create something you love!   

  • How do I wash my hats?

Unless otherwise noted, hats should be spot cleaned or hand washed.  Faux Fur pom poms should not be submerged.

  • I'm local, can I pick up my order?

Yes you can!  Local pick up is available in Norfolk, MA at my home.  Please enter NORFOLKPICKUPONLY for shipping at check out.  I will email you once your order is ready so we can arrange pick up.
